Magnif 222 - son of Glendonald Magnif (a ram purchased in 2001 from Glendonald) and his mother is Louis tan 417. Born in May 2002, her first lamb.
2003: Junior Champion Strong Wool Ram at Australian Sheep and Wool Show, Bendigo; Reserve Champion Fine Wool Autumn Shorn Merino Ram and Reserve Grand Champion Autumn Shorn Merino or Poll Merino Ram at RAHS, Adelaide.
Test June 2003: 19.7mm, 17.8% CV, 99.1% CF, 96.5kg BW at 13 months
2004: 3rd in SA Pair at SA Merino Field Days, Burra; Grand Champion Medium Wool Ram and equal 4th in the Objective Measurement Class at RAHS, Adelaide. He was equal top in the subjective assessment in & out of the wool, and a clear second in the carcase assessment section. He was paddock mated 3 times in this fleece.
Test June 2004: 21.7mm, 14.7% CV, 98.9% CF, 81% Y, 136kg BW in Sept.
